  • Appointments are carefully scheduled to ensure personalized attention and the highest level of service for each client. Please arrive promptly to make the most of your appointment time, as arrivals more than 15 minutes late will require rescheduling.

    If additional appointments are needed to complete your alterations, we will arrange them during your fitting to align with your timeline.

    The appointment time is reserved for the wearer, and another guest cannot hold your spot. Please refrain from sending guests in before your arrival. All appointment attendees should arrive together.

  • While I appreciate your punctuality, please note that appointments are often scheduled back-to-back, and I may not be available prior to your appointment time due to other clients. My services and space are designed to provide an intimate, one-on-one experience.

  • To maintain a focused and comfortable fitting experience, please limit guests to one or two individuals. This ensures a calm environment where we can fully concentrate on perfecting your gown. If you have specific requests for additional guests, please discuss this with me in advance.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so feel free to reach out if you need help rescheduling. Please note that my schedule is typically booked 2-3 months in advance, and I cannot guarantee the availability of other appointment times for a missed appointment. I kindly ask that you be mindful of this when scheduling.

  • Clear communication is key to providing a smooth and personalized experience. To stay focused on your vision, I kindly ask that all discussions regarding your service be between you (the wearer) and Brittanie. This allows me to fully understand your needs and give your dress the attention it deserves.

    I am available by phone or email to discuss your needs, answer questions, and confirm appointment details. Please be mindful of my service hours when reaching out, as I aim to respond to all messages within 48 hours. For urgent inquiries, please mark them as such so I can prioritize a prompt response.

  • Due to the custom nature of bridal and formalwear alterations, all sales and services are final. I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction, so please discuss any concerns during your fitting appointments, and I will make every effort to address them to your expectations.

  • Most alterations require a series of fittings to achieve the perfect fit. I will provide a timeline at your first fitting based on the complexity of your gown and your event date. Rush services may be available for an additional fee; please inquire if you need faster completion.

  • Full payment is required at the first fitting to begin alterations. I accept cash, check and credit card payment options. Payment details will be discussed during the initial appointment.
